It is sustainable through and through: The pet bowl is made after the corn harvest from the leftover stalks and leaves, the so-called corn straw. The material used makes it not only environmentally friendly, but also robust.
Many food and water bowls have the bad habit of getting unsightly signs of use with age. One is tempted to replace them, even though they would still serve their purpose. With a bowl made of renewable raw material, there is no bad conscience when it is disposed of, because it decomposes naturally over time. This has a positive effect on our environment, our ecological footprint and our conscience.
Although the pet bowl is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended as the gentler method of washing prolongs its life.
It has an outer diameter of about 24 cm, an inner diameter of about 16.5 cm and a maximum capacity of one liter.
